We are happy to accommodate those of you that prefer to bring your own equipment for our six-mile river trip. It is difficult and sometimes impossible to accommodate you if we are not aware that you are coming. This is a service that is in high demand and can be logistically challenging as we also provide shuttle service for our own rental equipment. Our goal is to ensure that our services meet your expectations while continuing to efficiently serve our rental customers. Ensuring that everyone is happy can be challenging but with your help we can make it happen.
In order for everything to run as smoothly as possible we ask that you please follow these steps for your shuttle.
- Book online through our web-site or give us a call.
- If you are joining a group that is renting our equipment and booked online please use the name that they booked and paid under so that we know that you are all together. This is so helpful!!
- Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled launch time. Once you arrive your equipment will be unloaded and we will have a driver available for you to follow down to the takeout point at Curtis Switch. The driver will bring you back to our launch site where your equipment is waiting and ready to go. It is a 20–30 minute round trip drive so please arrive early in order to launch on time. Your vehicle will be waiting at the takeout point for you. This allows you to enjoy the river on your schedule and not ours.
